2. Recruitment & Hiring Models

We provide flexible recruitment and hiring solutions, including:

  • One-time fee model: We support you with sourcing and placing candidates for your open roles on a success-based arrangement. In case the employment does not work out, we offer a refund within the initial period and provide a free replacement service by suggesting alternative candidates as needed.

  • Outstaffing: We hire and manage talent on your behalf (including legal and administrative aspects), while they work directly with your team, giving you flexible, scalable resources billed monthly at your target rate.

  • EOR (Employer of Record): Through our trusted partners, we facilitate employment contracts, payroll, and compliance for international hires, enabling you to engage talent globally without setting up a local entity.

  • HR Retainer: Ongoing recruitment and HR support on a monthly basis, ideal for companies with continuous hiring needs or requiring strategic talent advisory.

Candidates are either hired directly by your company or engaged through TechBiz Global depending on the agreed model. In both cases, we handle the sourcing and pre-selection, while day-to-day work, task management, and performance oversight are fully managed by you.

Depending on the role and region, we can often provide shortlisted candidates within 3-5 working days.

3. Pricing & Contractual Information

We have developed competitive pricing tailored to each market and engagement model we work with. To receive detailed information, please book a call with our Sales team.

Yes, it is possible to review candidate profiles before signing a contract. We share relevant information and support the interview process to help you evaluate each candidate.

No. All fees are discussed upfront and explicitly written in the Agreement.

4. Process & Service Expectations

Our process includes:

  1. Kick-off call with a TechBiz Global recruiter to understand your requirements

  2. Candidate sourcing and screening

  3. Initial interview with a TechBiz Global recruiter, followed by shortlisting and client interviews

  4. Offer negotiation and placement

  5. Post-placement support

While timelines vary by role and region, most placements are completed within 2-5 weeks from initial contact.

To ensure a smooth process, clients should:

  • Provide clear role descriptions and expectations

  • Participate in interviews and provide feedback throughout the selection process

  • Confirm selection and offers in a timely manner

We stand by our recruitment process. If a candidate leaves within the agreed guarantee period, we provide a replacement or refund, depending on the agreement.

Our recruitment process typically includes:

  1. Initial screening: TechBiz Global Recruiter reviews your CV and qualifications.

  2. First-step interview with the TechBiz Global Recruiter If your profile matches our requirements, the TechBiz Global Recruiter conducts an initial interview to assess fit.

  3. Client presentation: Candidates who pass the TechBiz Global Recruiter interview are presented to the client.

  4. Client interview(s): You meet the client team. This may include technical assessments, case exercises, or multiple interview rounds (the number of interviews varies by client).

  5. Final decision: The client confirms next steps.

Timeline: Candidates usually receive feedback within 2–7 days after each stage.

You will meet:

  • TechBiz Global Recruiter for process guidance. (changed from “HR representative”)

  • Hiring manager(s) from the client team – for technical or role-specific discussion.

  • Other client stakeholders (if applicable) – some clients may include a CEO, department head, client HR, or other relevant leaders for role expectations or cultural fit. This stage is not always required and may vary depending on the client and role. Cultural fit questions may also be asked during other interviews.

Note: TechBiz Global will provide a detailed schedule before your interview so you know who you will meet and what to expect.

Interviews generally include:

  • Role responsibilities and expectations

  • Technical skills or case study assessment (if applicable)

  • Team structure and collaboration style

  • Questions about your experience and motivations

Feedback is typically provided within 2–7 days after each interview stage. Only candidates progressing further are contacted for next steps, while others receive a personalized rejection email with appreciation for their effort and encouragement to stay in touch for future roles.

Only selected candidates are contacted for next steps. If you are not selected, you will receive an email or message notification. While detailed feedback may not always be provided, your CV, with your prior consent, will be kept on file for future roles.

The team varies by client and role. TechBiz Global provides a clear overview of reporting lines, team members, and collaboration methods during your interview preparation.

  • Replacement role: Filling a current vacancy

TechBiz Global provides an overview of the client’s business, mission, and team culture without sharing confidential information.

3. Work Model & Logistics

Work model: depends on the client.

  • Remote – fully online, with virtual collaboration

  • Hybrid – combination of office and remote work

  • Onsite – full-time at client location

Clients may use KPIs, regular check-ins, or project milestones to track performance. Details are provided during the onboarding process.

Work models are defined by the client. Any change needs to be discussed directly with them after onboarding.

This depends on the role. The client typically provides guidelines on required tools, software, or devices.

4. Contract, Compensation & Benefits

The contract type may be either Employment or B2B, depending on the client and project setup. In most cases, this will be clarified during your first call with the client, and sometimes shared by TechBiz Global Team in advance. The final contract type will be confirmed in your offer.

Salary is aligned with market standards and varies by role. Benefits may include health coverage, bonuses, and other perks, depending on the client. The specific details will be communicated in your offer.

5. Clarifications & Misconceptions

Some positions are internal, and some are for our clients. TechBiz Global acts as a recruitment partner, and you will be hired either by the client or, for internal openings, directly by TechBiz Global.
