Dmitry Kharchenko has over 20 years of expertise as a tech professional and an entrepreneur. He founded or was in cross-cultural leadership positions in several Tech companies in Israel, Germany, and Norway and was part of taking startups to exits.
As long as Dmitry can remember, he was always excited about tech. For instance, when he was 13 years he had his music synthesizer programmatically crafted. Due to his eagerness to learn as much as he could about tech, Dmitry got himself immersed in various positions in cyber security, fintech, data and other tech related industries; He took positions of a technician, developer, tech team lead, manager and CTO (Chief Technology Officer), which subsequently led to becoming the founder of several companies. When he was asked about what has directed him all these years to continue going forward, Dmitry replied that it was due to his vision of the advantages that a combination of technology and business can offer.
Dmitry is a strong believer in tech as a whole. He believes in the value of innovative digital solutions, their ability to simplify users’ lives and that data is a gateway to creating great value for customer-friendly products. Presently, Dmitry finds a lot of enjoyment in coaching and helping tech leaders grow, working with people and talents across multiple countries, and assisting other companies in prospering.
Driven by his desire to help others succeed, Dmitry with Igor set themselves on the mission to build a company WizeVision. Their first company together was based in Israel; it was a successful one. During that time, as Dmitry states, he learned a lot about building good relationships with partners and employees, business processes, finance and shaped his capabilities for the next business. On top of that, Dmitry found an opportunity to meet various people with whom he managed to build substantial relationships and partnerships, which enabled him to scale his businesses forward.
After acquiring the best expertise on the intricacies of running a business, Dmitry embarked on their mission – to build TechBiz Global.
As Dmitry puts it, the reasoning behind the creation of their latest company stems from his observation of how companies try to discover the best people, find the best solutions to problems, and build teams that can build successful products. With that in mind, he understood that he could offer other companies a way toward success in making the aforementioned demands solved. Which, in turn, gave idea to the emergence of TechBiz Global.
Apart from his tech/business-related lifestyle, Dmitry during his free time like to spend his time with people he loves. He also finds happiness in spending more time in nature, hiking, snowboarding, and doing outdoor activities to keep himself inspired and mindful.
